How it works

EV charging delivers

  • Site planning and charger deployment

    EVSE assesses site conditions, electrical capacity and charging demand before installation begins. This covers home charging, destination charging and public charging, with a delivery model adapted to each site and customer type.

  • Hardware, software and connectivity

    Charging solutions are delivered through EVSE’s model, which brings together hardware, software, installation and ongoing support through the Exploren platform. For public projects, EVSE works with specialist partners including hardware suppliers and electrical specialists, depending on the site and delivery model.

  • Network operations and user access

    EVSE manages the operating model behind the charger, including charger status, pricing, maintenance coordination and customer access. This follows the established charge point operator and service provider model, supporting app-based access, payments, billing and (where relevant) roaming across charging networks.

  • Energy data and flexible load integration

    Charging data can be integrated with metering and broader customer energy systems, so EV load is not managed in isolation. That supports better visibility of demand, informed site planning and future options for managed charging and virtual power plant (VPP) participation.
